The hiring process

Send a scout
From the "Search" page, send a scout to job seekers who fit your job posting. If you think, "I want to hire this person!", you can send a scout to as many people as you like.

STEP 04.
Matching
If the job seeker accepts the scout, the match is successful. You will be able to chat with them and schedule an interview.

STEP 05.
Interview
Once you have arranged a date, conduct the interview. This will allow you to confirm the personality of the job seeker, which cannot be determined from documents.

STEP 06.
Recruitment
If there is a mutual agreement after the interview, the job is officially hired. Start preparing to hire new staff.
